This is a full day cooking class held in Nambour at the kitchen of Freestyle Escape, from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
This is a unique venue run by Martin Duncan of Freestyle restaurants in Brisbane. Set on a hillside with spectacular views, this kitchen is fully equipped for cooking classes.
The class will be run by Peter Wolfe from Cedar Creek Farm and Katrina Ryan from the Spirit House Cooking School. Peter is a chef who brings with him a wealth of knowledge in butchering skills as well as curing techniques and sausage making.
This will be an all-day event which will include: stuffing trotters, making sausages and brawn and roasting a joint in the wood fired oven. It includes lunch and wine and is strictly limited to 16 places.
