Susan Rodger from Eumundi Beef has developed a premium beef product with natural taste and flavour. Come and hear Susan talk about her approach to healthy living and eating as nature intended.
A desire for an active lifestyle initiated the green change to a farm in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Developing a Premium Beef product and Lowline Stud have presented a great learning curve and interesting challenges in the last two years.
With a previous careers equally spilt between time as a medical biochemist and sales and market positions in the travel, airline and natural medicine industries, Susan has developed a variety of skills. Susan’s gained knowledge of key aspects in healthy living has encouraged an interest in eating as nature intended and lead to her business decision to raise “Grass Fed, Grass Finished ” Eumundi Beef on the lush pasture or our farm Onyx Park at Belli Park.
