Celebrate Bastille Day with Slow Food Noosa, Monday 16 July 2012
Slow Food Noosa warmly invites you to celebrate Bastille Day with a special French-themed dinner at Coconut Grove Bar and Bistro at Sunshine Beach.

Get into the French spirit and enjoy 3 delicious courses with a couple of glasses of wine in a relaxed ambiance.
Entrée
Steamed salmon ballontine, quails eggs, salmon tartare, finger lime and caper dressing, or
Pressed duck terrine, balsamic and puy lentil vinaigrette
Main
Cannon of lamb wrapped in chicken and wild mushrooms, truffled celeriac, jus or
Traditional Bouillabaisse of local seafood, French baguette, rouille
Dessert
Assiette of Desserts Vanilla crème brullé, chocolate marquis, Kirsch soaked savarin
